Packaging

• We pack your earrings in shock-proof and water-proof packaging to ensure that they arrive intact. We pack up to four pairs in one box.
• The jewelry box is decorative; it is suitably designed to be used as a gift box.

Returns

• If for any reasons you are not completely satisfied with your Zevaa Jewelry purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an immediate and unconditional refund.
• Returned items must be in the original packaging with the original receipt included.
• We cannot refund the shipping charges.
